Chrome - Hints of Google Now

After updating its Chrome OS with Aura,Google is getting ready for a new feature: a new notification center, which are in the form of templates. The new notification can be enabled by toggling a flag in Chrome's settings making way for users to create own notification using extensions.

Beaufort guesses that the Notification Center could become the hub for Google Now in the near future.Recently there has been hints of skeleton framework for the predictive search. So if at all Google brings  Google Now to chrome, a huge wave is made available for its eco-system.What do u think?Would u buy one,if this happens?

Google X?Is It Really the special one from google?

What is Google X?Do we other phone by google than the current nexus series?

As we know nexus is a blend of both google itself and the OEMs.But wait doesnt this mean its not by google only.Well thats the disadvantage. In the late december wall street journal reported a google device named X phone to be coming up lately.
The X phone is the phone that most iphone fan boys are awaiting for,the phone that may make people leave Apple. Since acquiring Motorola Mobility,Google might be planning a X phone with its own hardware and of coarse its own AIR updates.
Meanwhile ,in a recent earnings call this week ,Google's CEO Larry Page outlined a range of features he'd like to see in the upcoming google phones. He says "Battery life is a huge issue. You shouldn't have to worry about constantly recharging your phone. When you drop your phone, it shouldn't go splat. Everything should be a ton faster and easier. There’s real potential to invent new and better experiences",as reported by The Verge.
These words from Larry Page gives a slight belief for this rumored device. While recently it is estimated that Apple and iphones rule 51% of US market,Android still rules the worldwide market share.
